OUR APPROACH
Your Health Is Our Only Priority
Ayurveda principles are founded upon the concepts of Prakriti, Vikriti, and Agni.

Prakriti, or constitution, represents a non-pathological humoral (dosik) status inherent in individuals from birth to death, delineated since the moment of fertilization. Prakriti manifests in various forms, classified primarily into Vata, Pitta, and Kapha constitutions.

When the body and mind deviate from a state of equilibrium, it signifies Vikriti. This imbalance can lead to various health issues and disturbances.
Agni, referring to the digestive and metabolic processes of the body, plays a crucial role in Ayurveda. It governs the transformation of food into energy and nutrients, essential for maintaining overall health and vitality.
